If you wanted to update/change your cell number which you enter in the Abshir App then there are two situations in which you are allowed to change your cell number in the Abshir App which are mentioned below:

1. If you switch your cell number to a new number.
2. If you forgot the cell number that you entered in the Abshir App.

·        How to change the number through the Abshir App:

Following are the steps through which you can change your cell number in Abshir App online:

1. Initially, you have to log in to your Abshir account.

2. Then in the Upper right corner click on the three right dots on the screen.
3. Then click on Update User Information.
4. Then click on the Edit
5. Then click on the option Change Mobile Number.
6. Then select Next.
7. An SMS will be sent to you containing a  link through opening the link you can update your cell number online.

·         How you can change your Cell number without login into your Abshir Account:

In the situation in which you have forgotten the number that you have entered in the Abshir account so don’t need to worry about it there is another way you change your number through the self-Kiosk machine the steps are mentioned below:

• Initially, find the nearest Kiosk Machine.
• Then select the English Language.
• then click on the Mobile Update
• Then enter your Iqama Number.
• Then select the option Continue.
• Then after completing the process scan your Index finger in Abshir Machine.
• Then enter your new cell number in it.
• Then enter your new cell number in it.
• Enter the verification code in it.

Your new cell number has been updated on your Abshir Account.

Note: Your Cell number should be updated on your name.
