Storekeeper & Purchasing Officer in Saudi Arabia
We are currently hiring for two Storekeeper & Purchasing Officer positions in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. If you have experience in inventory management or procurement, this is your chance to join a dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector.
📌 Open Positions
1️⃣ Storekeeper
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory control and maintain accurate stock records.
Receive purchase orders and verify stock against documentation.
Preserve and handle materials according to industry standards.
Update all records in the ERP system.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in store operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong knowledge of material handling & preservation standards.
Basic computer literacy and ERP system familiarity.
Willingness to work night shifts when required.
2️⃣ Purchasing Officer
Responsibilities:
Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) and maintain effective vendor communications.
Create Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate procurement records and related documentation.
Required Skills:
Strong background in procurement and supplier negotiations.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to maintain accurate and organized procurement documentation.
