🎯 Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration).
Strong English and Arabic communication skills (written & spoken).
Proven skills in negotiation, analysis, and organization.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
🛠 Roles & Responsibilities
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing procurement strategies to achieve cost-effectiveness and quality.
Sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers and vendors to meet company needs.
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with relevant teams to avoid shortages.
Preparing and analyzing reports and KPIs on procurement performance.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Leading and mentoring procurement team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Collaborating with finance and operations teams for workflow and budget management.
