Project Manager in Riyadh – Sudair Industrial City
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh – Sudair Industrial City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction projects, particularly in building warehouses and factories, and will be able to manage projects efficiently from planning to completion.
📌 About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading all phases of construction projects, ensuring that work is delivered on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of warehouse and factory construction projects.
Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with consultants and contractors to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess project quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain effective communication between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction with a proven track record.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
