We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MSOC Manager to lead our Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 📌 Position Overview
The MSOC Manager will oversee daily SOC operations, manage a team of analysts and engineers, and ensure high-quality service delivery in compliance with NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001, and Aramco/SABIC CyberTrust frameworks. The successful candidate must have strong leadership, technical, and client-facing skills, along with deep expertise in SIEM platforms and incident response.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage 24/7 SOC operations, including incident lifecycle management.
Oversee log ingestion, threat detection, alert triage, and response processes.
Define, maintain, and enhance SOC use cases, playbooks, and detection rules.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Manage SOC analysts (L1–L3), conduct reviews, and support continuous training.
Interface with MSSP clients and provide reports, updates, and recommendations.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
Support onboarding of new clients and SOC roadmap development.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Computer Science.
7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in SOC leadership (MSSP preferred).
Expertise with SIEM platforms: Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM.
Hands-on knowledge of threat hunting, incident response, and monitoring operations.
Familiarity with frameworks: NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001, Aramco CCC/SABIC CyberTrust.
Strong leadership, reporting, and client management skills.
Certifications: GCIA, GCIH, GMON, CISSP, CISM, SC-200, Azure Security Engineer, or Fortinet NSE are a strong advantage.
