Valid Original Passport.

Valid CNIC/ NICOP.

3 Photographs of the visa applicant.

Copy of Sponsor’s Saudi Iqama (Expatriate’s Iqama).

Sponsor’s passport copy.

Yellow Slip, which is a copy of your visa.

The copy of the medical report.
