Riyadh’s biggest party of the year is almost here! Riyadh Season 2026 opens on Wednesday, 21 October, and for the next ten weeks the capital turns into one giant festival of concerts, sports, food and family fun.
If you’re an expat living in Riyadh (or visiting with family), this is the best time of year to get out and enjoy the city. Here’s what’s on, how to book, and simple tips to make your nights out easier on your wallet. 🇸🇦
Riyadh Season is spread across several zones around the city. These are the main ones announced for 2026:

The crowd favourite. Walk through pavilions inspired by countries from around the world, each with its own food, shops and shows. This year adds three new pavilions: the Netherlands, Portugal and Yemen.
Reopens with new entertainment, plus rides, restaurants and live shows. A great pick for a full evening out.
Packed with rides and activities, and one of the best zones if you have young children.
Both return this season. They’re a calmer choice if you want good food and a relaxed evening outdoors.
An exhibition at VIA Riyadh celebrating Arab culture. Worth a visit if you want something different from rides and crowds.
Besides the zones, Riyadh Season brings some of the world’s biggest events to the city:
Event dates can change, so always check the latest schedule before you buy tickets or plan travel.
Tickets for zones and events are sold online, mainly through Webook (website and app). Booking is simple:
💡 Tip: Popular fights and concerts can sell out within minutes. Follow the official Riyadh Season accounts so you know when tickets go on sale.

Riyadh Season is one of the best parts of living in Saudi Arabia. Whether you love concerts, big fights, world food or just a fun night out with the kids, there’s something for everyone. Book early, go on a weekday, and enjoy the “Big Time”!
