As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. You will ensure that project costs are controlled efficiently and align with the company’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial control.
Handle contract administration, variations, and claims.
Prepare interim and final payment certificates.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering field.
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in quantity surveying.
Strong expertise in BOQs, cost estimation, contracts, and claims management.
Excellent proficiency in software such as Excel, CostX, Candy, or similar tools.
Must currently reside in Riyadh and be ready to join immediately.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic are preferred.
