HUMA Systems is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Field Inspection Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh and Jeddah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure quality, safety, and compliance across multiple project sites while contributing to the company’s operational excellence.
📌 About the Role
As a Field Inspection Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all field operations meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for carrying out on-site inspections, reporting findings, documenting issues, and recommending corrective actions. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to field conditions across multiple project locations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Prepare comprehensive reports and document inspection findings.
Identify non-conformities, risks, and areas of improvement and follow up on corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to maintain operational standards.
Capture and include photographic evidence in audit reports.
Travel frequently between Riyadh and Jeddah project sites.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience in field inspections, audits, or quality control (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in inspection tools, mobile apps, or digital forms.
Ability to work independently and adapt to field challenges.
Willingness to travel locally between sites.
