📍 Position Details
Role: Business Development / Service Design Lead
Location: Riyadh (Onsite)
Contract: 12 Months
Experience Required: 5+ years
Languages: Arabic & English (bilingual proficiency is mandatory)

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, service design frameworks, and feasibility studies to support digital transformation and service innovation. This role requires someone who can work closely with government stakeholders and bring practical solutions to complex challenges.
🔑 Key Skills & Experience
Expertise in Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, Empathy & Stakeholder Maps.
Strong experience in Market Research, Feasibility Studies, and Gap Analysis.
Proven ability to drive service innovation and business case development.
Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience with ELM, Thiqah, or Takamol is highly desirable.
