Nowadays during the Curfew between 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM if you want to go out side you must keep your national address with you.
As National address is one of the mandatory document required in banks, insurance and internet connection.
Go to the link, feed your iqama, mobile, it gives you proof of your residence, take a screen shot, to go out for groceries or medical during 6 to 3, in your neighborhood only.
