Key Responsibilities:
– Making outbound calls to customers
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other social media platforms
Requirements:
– Fluent in English and Tagalog
– Reliable internet connection and a phone or laptop
– Available to work 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM daily
