A leading refrigeration company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical operations for industrial refrigeration projects. The successful candidate will ensure system reliability, supervise maintenance teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in system performance.
This role is ideal for candidates who have strong technical expertise in refrigeration systems, mechanical equipment, and industrial maintenance. The company offers competitive pay, accommodation, and transportation.
💼 Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Supervisor
Supervise mechanical operations for industrial refrigeration systems.
Plan and monitor maintenance schedules for compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with the electrical department.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Support project teams in the installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
Provide on-site training and guidance to maintenance technicians.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration or mechanical maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
Strong understanding of refrigeration equipment and mechanical components.
Good communication and leadership skills; fluency in English preferred.
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 SAR (based on experience)
