Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare IT projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively while maintaining clear communication with all parties.
Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards, privacy regulations, and digital health policies.
Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in healthcare IT systems and digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems, health information exchange, and data security standards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus.
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred for this role.
