A leading (BIM Manager) main contractor in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who has a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a proven record of managing BIM processes for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.
As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all BIM-related activities, ensuring the integration of digital construction technologies, and driving innovation throughout project lifecycles. You will play a key role in leading BIM implementation, coordinating between project teams, and maintaining compliance with company and client standards. The role requires someone who can take initiative, lead a team of BIM engineers and modelers, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: BIM Manager
Lead and manage BIM operations for major construction projects.
Develop and implement BIM execution plans and workflows.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
Ensure all BIM deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.
Oversee the use of software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for modeling and coordination.
Provide training and technical support to BIM teams.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management within the built environment.
