Accounts Receivable Manager in Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Manager to join our professional team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with strong expertise in accounts receivable, collections, and credit management to take on a leadership role in driving financial excellence.
📍 Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
✅ Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
7–10 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), credit, and collections, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven track record of improving cash flow, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and implementing financial controls.
Strong knowledge of AR systems, ERP platforms, and financial management tools.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
💼 Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce overdue accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance, sales, and operations.
Manage AR systems and ERP platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and mentor a team of AR professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
Prepare financial reports, monitor KPIs, and support senior management in decision-making.
