We’re Hiring: Technical Officer – Civil Works
Location: Site – Hasa
Department: Construction / Project Execution
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Officer – Civil Works to provide technical support on-site, review and update construction drawings, ensure civil works are executed according to design specifications and client standards, and coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, update, and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and coordinate revisions.
Support site engineers in daily civil activities: excavation, foundations, concrete, and structural works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, ITPs, and client standards (e.g., Aramco).
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery and progress.
Maintain technical documentation and support QA/QC inspections.
Follow and enforce site safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in civil construction projects (infrastructure, tanks, or industrial facilities preferred).
Experience with client standards such as Saudi Aramco, SEC, or SWPC is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
