We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Officer – Civil Works to join our growing team in Hasa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure and industrial projects, supporting engineers and ensuring that all civil works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical accuracy.
As a Technical Officer, you will play a key role in reviewing and updating construction drawings, coordinating site operations, and maintaining compliance with client standards like Saudi Aramco, SEC, and SWPC.
H3: Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Assist in preparing and updating as-built drawings.
Support site engineers in daily civil activities such as excavation, concrete, foundation, and structural works.
Ensure civil works comply with design standards, ITPs, and client specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
Maintain project documentation and assist in QA/QC inspections.
Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance at all times.
H2: Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in civil construction projects (infrastructure, tanks, or industrial facilities preferred).
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, SEC, or SWPC standards is a strong advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
