📘 Expertise: IFRS, ERP systems
🏢 Preferred Background: Multinational or Shared Services
💳 Accounts Payable (AP):
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process supplier invoices and payment requests
✔ Ensure timely vendor payments & resolve discrepancies
✔ Maintain vendor master data and reconcile accounts
📚 General Ledger (GL):
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Post accurate journal entries and ensure ledger integrity
✔ Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules
✔ Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures
✔ Support internal and external audit processes with complete documentation
📊 Reporting & Compliance:
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate financial reports with accuracy and timeliness
✔ Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies
✔ Assist in budgeting and variance analysis
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations
🧮 ERP & Tools:
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
✔ Excel proficiency for reports and reconciliations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
🧠 In-depth knowledge of accounting principles & IFRS
🗂 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
🤝 Team player with excellent communication skills
🌟 Experience in multinational environments is a strong plus
