We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Al Qassim, KSA. Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Al Qassim, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Requirements: Restaurant Manager
Minimum 35
years of proven experience in managing a high-volume restaurant or food service operation.
Must currently be a resident in KSA with a valid transferable Iqama.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, quality control, and customer service standards.
Ability to handle daily operations, budgeting, inventory, and cost control efficiently.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Key Responsibilities: Restaurant Manager
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Maintain top-tier guest satisfaction through exceptional service and consistent food quality.
Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
Control costs, reduce waste, and ensure profit margins are maintained.
