Fraser Suites Riyadh is expanding its professional team and looking for a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our growing hospitality family in the Olaya District, Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an international brand known for luxury, innovation, and excellence in guest service.
Position Overview
As an IT Specialist, you will manage the property’s IT infrastructure, support operations, and ensure data security and system reliability. You will collaborate with the management team to enhance technological efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily IT operations and system maintenance.
Support networking, Windows servers, and firewalls.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, and email configurations.
Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure IT compliance.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for tech support.
Provide prompt technical assistance to staff across departments.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT support or administration (preferably in hotels).
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and Microsoft 365.
Experience in cybersecurity and IT compliance is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Transferable Iqama preferred for non-Saudi applicants.
