We’re Hiring – Internal Auditor (Saudi Arabia)
Are you an experienced Internal Auditor looking to take the next step in your career?
We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional with at least 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the contracting or construction sector.
🌍 Nationality Preference: Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, or Yemeni
Job Summary: Internal Auditor
The Internal Auditor will play a key role in developing and leading the internal audit function, establishing frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal audit policies, procedures, and reporting structures.
Conduct comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments and project sites.
Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international best practices.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
Mentor and train junior audit staff.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience.
Experience in the contracting/construction industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or SOCPA are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo).
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Fluent in English.
Willing to travel to project sites across KSA.

Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
