🔧 Position: Hardware Asset Specialist
As a Hardware Asset Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets — from procurement and tracking to decommissioning — ensuring compliance, optimization, and reporting accuracy.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT hardware asset records.
- Ensure compliance with asset management standards and policies.
- Track asset movement, usage, and lifecycle changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize asset utilization.
- Support audits and provide accurate data for reporting.
✅ Requirements:
- Strong experience in IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM).
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Flexera, or Snow tools.
- Knowledge of hardware asset management lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and compliance knowledge.
- ServiceNow Architect Certification (Master or Senior) preferred.
