In Saudi Arabia, due to the solar eclipse 🌇 school will begin at 9 p.m. tomorrow in government-run schools.

According to the lesson website, Education Minister Dr. Hamad bin Muhammad Al-Shaikh has issued the directive.


The Education Minister said in a directive sent to sub-departments that “the decision has been taken to ensure the safety of students and teachers due to the solar eclipse to be passed by 9 am in all schools.”

As semester is going to end in Schools in Saudi Arabia at the end of December, followed by a 20-day holiday. Half-term exams are underway in different schools.

The Education Minister has also directed universities and colleges to make appropriate decisions in accordance with their circumstances, keeping in mind the safety of students due to the solar eclipse.

Remember that the solar eclipse in Saudi Arabia will be seen in full and in other parts of the world on Thursday, December 26.

The solar eclipse will begin at 5:33 a.m. on Thursday. It will be at its height of 6.37 minutes, while the solar eclipse will end at 7:45 pm.
